Sweepstake Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by BFM Group Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 315 Stag Industrial Blvd., Lake St Louis, MO 63367. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The prize to be awarded is detailed in Section 6 of these Official Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, as defined below. Limit one (1) entry per person/per household.

2. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official entry form with all required information. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. By providing your email address to BFM Group Inc., you consent to receive marketing materials and communications directly from BFM Group Inc. and its partners. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time. Personal information will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed to third parties.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must be legal residents of the continental United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and reside within a 25-mile radius of the store selected on the official contest entry. Employees of BFM Group Inc., the dealer listed on the promotional website, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize

The winner will receive one (1) Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Headphones

7. Tax Implications

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The value of the prize may be taxable as income to the winner. We recommend that winners consult with their tax advisors to determine their tax liability.

8. Additional Terms

a. Prize Acceptance: Once awarded, prizes and delivery schedules cannot be altered. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

b. Publicity Rights: Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

c. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where legal) within a specified time period.

d. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

e. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion.

f. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

g. Privacy Policy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.appreciationcontest.com/privacy-policy/.

h. Winner List: For the name of the winner, available after January 15, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: BFM Group Inc. Sweepstakes Winner, 315 Stag Industrial Blvd., Lake St Louis, MO 63367. Requests must be received by January 31, 2025.
